Hey I'm Tjay, I am the Events Co-Ordinator and Managing Director for FOX SECURITY LTD l have been in the security industry for 27 years my experience lays' within doors and events in the UK and Europe I have run several events in the UK like Isle of wight festival, Glastonbury and Nass festival. I lived in Spain for 9 years and ran several doors and events in
Majorca, Cyprus and Alicante. I've always been allocated head doorman at all my venues I've worked in over the years and worked my way up the chain within the industry. I have a passion for security and can not see myself doing anything else, not any two days are the same, each day holds a different task.
I'm a family man and on my days off I look after my family, enjoy days out with my wife and children and adore looking after our grandchildren when they come to visit. I also enjoy taking the dog for long walks and going to the gym to keep fit.

I have been in security for a few years in my time. I have done all sorts of security work including Festivals,
Vaccination sites,
Door work and
Film sets.
I have worked on jobs in the EU ( festivals )
I have been boots on the ground same as any security guard. I have been lucky enough to have made my way up in another company getting lots of experience.
Starting from Site Team Leader Then on to full day manager for a big company. I Then made my way up to Operations Manager This is where I really started to get to grips with the Security industry.
We've moved on to run our own company, fingers crossed we can make it successful.
We as a company are doing it for the staff. We as managers still do shifts the same as any of the guards we have working for us to keep in touch with the daily working of security.

" Hi I'm Dave I'm the Security Manager for Fox Security, and have become very passionate about exceeding in the security industry since completing my DS course a few years ago.
I began my journey as a Marshal during the pandemic when I was approach by a colleague who said I'd suit a security position. After a conversation with my wife and her full support, my journey really kicked off and I have loved it ever since. I have had the opportunity in several job roles working multiple vaccine sites for the NHS completing further training and attending Bed watches within the hospital. I have had the pleasure of working big events such as Isle of Wight, NASS, Glastonbury and many more.
On my days off and my spare time I love to spend quality time with my children and my Wife taking days out together or even days at home working on my Car and Gym most days"
